My computer has been garbage for 3.5 years and the fix was to remove one stick of ram. The ram looked so awesome and “platinum” so I never thought that could be the cause. I removed every other one but that one.
Just by removing this 32GB ram, it went from 80% usage to 27%. My computer was way faster after removing it.
