For the 20th anniversary at the company you were invited to the CEO’s house overlooking the ocean for a private catered party and award ceremony. What you received was the

20-year crown, chest, and a free room at the Disney California Adventure Hotel and another mention in front of the employees at the Holiday Party.

As time went on, you got less and less recognition for these 5/10/15/20 year events as they became too common as the newbs caught up. hah.
