After 8 years, I sold my AT MAX which was my 3rd metal detector. I lost maybe $100-200 on selling it due to $60 fee and $24 shipping. I coulda made a little more selling in person but the people are so scummy. I think the head phones were having charging problems too.

The problem with Metal Detecting post 2020 is that the inflation hits the coins. You could dig up $3 a quarters and buy 3 tacos. Now that’s ONE fucking Taco.

It’s not even worth it unless you’re digging up gold/silver or old coins. I *MAY* rebuy their new VORTEX version which I put further down the feed. That’s also I made reason I had for selling before the upgrade came out.
