I buy a DVD set for $21, long after no one is buying DVDs anymore. I go to play a NEW disc, and the damn thing keeps freezing on TWO of the episodes. If I just pirated it, I souldn’t have that problem.

This guy was at a graduation at UCLA I attended. The school is named after him because he donated $200 million haha. One student said they had no idea “the guy was even alive.” He gave a great inspiration speech to the graduates and probably the best speech they’ll ever hear in business. You probably have to spend money to hear that level of a talk normally.

It took 2 hours to read the students names. It was torture. At another UCSD graduation they had AI read the names but they fucked up and the names were read over each other.

Man, is that trailer dialog AI or what? It’s like having a computer read you the video. I wonder if their single player was also made by AI.
And allowing users to create their own content in game is 15-20 years old now. Maybe you’ll get lucky and someone will make something good or not.
They’re so boring. Geeze, just makes you want to load up the old ones. I accidentally watched the 2001 Panet of the Apes movie also, thinking it was part of the series.
People used to go to them to read random content. Now you just “doom scroll” (my kids say), x.com or Instagram and it’s better content than you’ll ever see on a web page. But the kids say it dumbs you down and hours go by. They sometimes self police by uninstalling, then coming back months later.
Something terrible happened today. My phone got down to 62%. Never has it been so low in 15 years. 62% is seriously scary.

We’re sitting there loading our car with groceries, all 3 of us. This guy asked if we spoke Spanish but wasn’t of that race. We said, no, no money. They were trying to ask for money. Then they hung around, while looking around to see if there was any witnesses to what they were about to do. Then saw there was nothing to steal in my car or we didn’t have our phones or wallets out to steal and no jewelry. Then he goes running off into the bushes to hide. 5pm in a HIGH CROWDED AREA.
You have to dig out old 10+ year old games for any decent game to play. They remaster the games cuz the games today are such shit and they don’t have companies capable of making a good game anymore.
