25 years later. They still do. Now their techs are literal smooth brained morons. One said they would transfer me to the “advanced department.” Most of them can’t manage to complete a sentence and their chat lines are full of errors. I feel like cutting and pasting from a sheet for tech support was better
I don’t know how anyone could eat their lunch at 10 or 11 a.m. The only thing I can imagine is maybe they start work or get up at 5 a.m. and by that time, that’s lunch. haha.
17 years after a company charged me $3,000 for a lease break fee to switch apartments I finally got my money back. Due to inflation that’s probably $6,000 by now haha. It wasn’t a direct/free transfer but I still got it. At least 20 times now I’ve got my revenge if I just wait long
